Haworth Parish Church will host the Rotary Club of Haworth & Worth Valley’s International Day in Church this coming Saturday (April 7th). The Church has been privileged to host this annual event which celebrates Rotary and its associated charities’ work overseas.
The Rotarians will be on hand to demonstrate various pieces of equipment which are sent to areas of the world following a natural disaster as well as some of the international charitable causes that they support such as: Aquabox; Trade Aid; School in a Bag; Days for Girls and Polio Eradication.
Rotarians will be in Church from 9.00am on Saturday morning and they will be delighted to explain all the features they are displaying. Entrance is free but if you feel like making a donation, no matter how small, they will ensure that any money is used to relieve suffering and promote international relations throughout the world.
