We will trial an All Age Worship style service at St Michael’s at 11.00 a.m. on Sunday (20th September). Do bring a feather or two with you if you can – real ones, ones you’ve drawn or otherwise made. We will be creating an art installation ready for the feast of St Michael & Al Angels later towards the end of the month. We are also asked to wear masks.
Our first experiments with two Covid-safe Sunday morning services went well. We tried our Morning Worship style service at St Michael’s two weeks ago and a Communion service at St James’ last week. Social distancing worked well – we left alternate pews empty and made sure those in any one pew were from the same household or bubble. One family came with all the soft toys and colouring their children needed to use within the pew and that also worked well.
