Pleased to report that our south pathway which has been closed for some weeks after it became slippery following the leaf fall and winter weather conditions has now been power washed and is open for public use. Many thanks to Haworth Fire Cadets for their help and hard work in cleaning the path. It’s so much appreciated.

We regret that it has become necessary to close off the south path to Church for general public access. The recent prolonged rainy conditions, combined with the residue from the autumn tree leaf fall, have made the flagstones very slippery and risky to walk upon. Although we have tried treating the path, it remains very slippy and we’re planning to remedy the situation with a deep clean when the weather improves in the Spring. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
