The death of the Queen

St Michael’s bells will be rung muffled for an hour in the middle of tomorrow (Friday 7 September). We have a funeral in church at 12.00 noon, so our ringing is likely to begin after mourners have left, thus a little later than the noon ringing in many other churches. The church is open each day, and other plans to celebrate and mourn our late Queen will be made known as soon as we can do so. God save the King.
