A very late shout out for this weekend.
Today (Saturday 7th) there is much happening on Main Street finishing with a torchlight procession beginning at the Christmas tree at the bottom at 4.45. Our bells will be ringing at about 12.30 following a wedding. Our neighbours at West lane Baptist Church have their Christmas tree festival 2.00-4.00.
Tomorrow (Sunday 8th) we have our morning service with Communion at 11.00. There is again much happening on Main Street finishing with a torchlight procession beginning at the Christmas tree at the bottom at 4.45 – arriving at the top in time for people to join our first candlelit Carol service at 6.00. Our neighbours at West Lane Baptist Church still have their Christmas tree festival 2.00-4.00. Our bells will be ringing a quarter peal from 4.00.
