We are a family of churches in the Worth Valley joined together as a ‘benefice’ (which means we share one vicar). Although we are different communities, in three different villages, we share some common values and priorities, and aim to complement, support and encourage one another as we follow Jesus and serve our communities together.
Alongside St Michael and All Angels in Haworth, St Gabriel’s in Stanbury serves the hilltop village close to the border with Lancashire. Cross Roads village is at the foot of the Worth valley and St James' is at the heart of the village.
In our services we aim for a healthy mixed-ecology of styles - ranging from very traditional and formal services to the very informal and creative.
